Our conversions are tailor-made to meet our customers’ requirements. We take time during the planning process to make sure that each build suits our client’s specifications and driving style. We work hard to leave the essence of your classic car untouched – but at the same time we bring it bang up to date with 21st century innovation giving you improved reliability and more power! With some older classics you’ll need a brake upgrade to cope with your improved power. We can add this in to your build along with other modern enhancements such as electric heating, power steering, regenerative braking, upgraded suspension and more. We also offer some light restoration work, resprays and interiors.

Who are we?

Richard (aka Moggy) has classic car DNA flowing though him, having owned, restored and raced various classics since the age of 17. He has also worked in the energy efficiency industry for the past 20 years, helping some of the world’s largest organisations reduce their carbon emissions. Electric Classic Cars was born out of the passion for classic cars and the desire to make them more reliable and ecological to drive using the knowledge gained in the energy efficiency and control industry.
